Dr. Francis Arenas
Graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, with a medical school diploma from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. She completed her residency training in New York City and is board certified in internal medicine with more than 20 years of experience in the medical field.

Our services
Micro Needling with PRP
Microneedling with PRP.
Microneedling technique uses a device with small needles which creates injury to skin. This stimulates the body’s natural healing process which leads to increased collagen and elastin production.
PRP- platelet rich plasma- is derived from patient’s own blood, it contains growth factors that promote healing and tissue rejuvenation. It also improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and skin texture. It also minimizes poor size. Since PRP is derived from patient’s own blood, it decreases the risk of allergic reactions and side effects.
It is effective for stretch marks, acne, scars and overall skin rejuvenation.
Hydrafacials
HydraFacial is a non-invasive facial treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection in a single session.
It begins with Lymphatic Therapy to sculpt, contour, and detoxify.
Hydrafacial technique consists of a purifying cleanse, gentle chemical peel, and pain-free extractions using patented Vortex-fusion technology. Finally, targeted Boosters and LED light therapy enhance the results for personalized skin concerns.

Body Detoxification
At Assisi we recommend natural vitamins that target
the nutrition of our cells. We use a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Our vitamins, NEOLIFE, are nature-based and scientific evidence. All of these treatments help improve the health of our heart, digestive system, nervous system, increase energy, reduce stress levels, and improve our immune system. Our vitamins work on a cellular level where nutrients enter and toxins leave.
Detoxification increases our body's ability to use nutrients more effectively. Our program begins with a 3-day process of Neolife detox products, with application of clay to kidneys and pelvic area, with the use of sauna with infrared light and lymphatic manipulation. These toxins are eliminated through a semi-fasting process. Herbal teas and green detox juices are also included. Upon completion, it is recommended to continue supplements of essential vitamins and probiotics.

Helps with pigmentation, congested skin, wrinkles, lines of expression, pores and hydration. Its magic works like a vacuum cleaner, opening pores for a deeper cleaning, to extract impurities and dead cells. This allows better penetration of our boosters for better results of healthy and glowing skin. This treatment can be used on legs, arms, back, neck and scalp. LED light can be added for better results.
Infrared Sauna
Our modern world exposes us to different toxins causing inflammation and accelerated aging. Our MPulse Smart Sauna offers 4 different light waves, which penetrate the skin and increase temperature for deep detoxification and sweating to eliminate toxins. This helps us improve the immune system, improve our heart health, improve circulation and lower blood pressure. It helps us relax, which reduces stress levels. It also improves weight loss by increasing metabolism and burning fat. Infrared sauna sessions are 15-20 minutes.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses glass or plastic cups, which are then placed on the skin to create negative pressure/suction and help release fascial adhesions and promote blood circulation. By creating space for blood and lymph flow, cupping helps loosen tight muscles and helps promote healing by "moving suck blood." In turn, fresh nutrients are forced into the musculature and tissues. It can resolve long-term chronic injuries, aching muscles, and can help speed up the course of colds and flus. Depending on the specific condition, cups may be left stationary on the body for several minutes or may be moved around a larger area of the body.
